Many Kariola products are handcrafted or prepared in small batches.

Fragrance perception is highly personal. The way an aroma smells, performs, or is perceived may vary based on personal preference, environment, room size, temperature, product use, and other factors.
We make reasonable efforts to describe our fragrances accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every customer will experience a fragrance in exactly the same way.
Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen settings.

Kariola products must be used only for their intended purpose and according to the instructions and safety information provided with the product or on our website.
This includes, where applicable, candles, wax melts, room sprays, fragrance oils, car diffusers, and other home-fragrance products.

Products should be kept away from children and pets where indicated.
Home-fragrance products are not intended for ingestion.

Because of the nature of handcrafted fragrance products, returns based solely on personal scent preference or a change of mind may not be accepted except where required by applicable law.
10. Digital Products and Learn with Kariola
Kariola may offer downloadable manuals, educational resources, workshops, classes, guides, or other digital products under Learn with Kariola.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed for the purchaser's personal use only.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its copyright, design, written material, photographs, formulas, educational content, or other intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, upload, publish, or commercially exploit our digital products without written permission from Kariola.
Digital-product purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
